ValQ requires a fully functioning copy of Microsoft Power BI with the versions as outlined below and acceptance of Microsoft’s License Agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining an environment that supports the use of ValQ.

Power BI Desktop:

Released after –
May 2019

Version –
2.69.5467.1251 and above

Supported Operating System –
Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2
Microsoft Power BI Desktop requires Internet Explorer 10 or greater.
Microsoft Power BI Desktop is available for 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) platforms.

Power BI Report Server:

Released after –
May 2019

Version –
15.0.1102.371 and above

Supported Operating System –
Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016

You’ll need –

.NET Framework 4.5.2 or later
SQL Server Database Engine (2008 or later), to store the report server database
SQL Server Analysis Services (2012 SP1 CU4 or later), for your Live Analysis Services data sources
